Delivery Policy
At CROWN Florist, we offer reliable and professional flower delivery throughout Houston and surrounding areas.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2:00 PM local time. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next available day.
Delivery Time Window
Deliveries are made between 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM. While we do our best to accommodate preferred delivery times, exact delivery times are not guaranteed.
Delivery Areas
We proudly deliver to Houston and nearby areas including Katy, Sugar Land, Richmond, Pearland, Cypress, Spring, Tomball, and The Woodlands.
Recipient Availability
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:
- Leave the flowers in a safe location
- Leave them with a front desk or neighbor
- Contact the recipient directly
CROWN Florist is not responsible for flowers left at the delivery location once confirmed delivered.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Special Deliveries
For hospitals, offices, or events, please provide all necessary details (room number, business name, contact number). Delays may occur if information is missing.
